Rhonda Barsotti

Rhonda BarsottiChef Rhonda is a culinary trained graduate from the California Culinary Academy, where she graduated with honors. She has worked in various restaurants in the San Francisco and Sacramento areas.  She has also worked very closely with Dane Mechlin, President of the Northern California Chapter of the American Personal Chef Association, as a personal chef. Rhonda herself is also a proud member of The American Personal Chef Association.

Chef Rhonda managed and was lead baker for a small bakery and coffee house for 2 years.  Needless to say she loves to bake and will be more than happy to create scrumptious goodies for you.


Chef Rhonda has also taught Classes at the Home Chef Cooking School and has been  sous-chef for Gourmet Gatherings.  For the past seven years Chef Rhonda has been teaching Culinary Arts in a Vocational setting.  She started her teaching career at the Mission Language and Vocational School in San Francisco, CA.  Upon relocating to the Sacramento area she began teachin at the Charles A. Jones Career and Education Center.  Before the end of her first year she became The Culinary Arts Program Coordinator and is continuing this today.  If that is not enough she also teaches Culinary Arts at Delta Community College in Stockton, CA.  Chef Rhonda loves to teach and will be more than happy to help you learn what ever you would like.
